Months ago somebody posted what was allegedly the "ideal" MBTI for a tech writer. IIRC, I matched a grand total of one of these criteria, the "T". Realistically, an "F" would be the only one that would even be a challenge to justify as a positive trait for a tech writer, and even then you could argue empathy with the audience. Being close to the middle would probably be the true ideal for us.

How do you flunk a Meyers-Briggs test?

Oh, don't tell me. Some pedantic nit-wit that believes that only certain personality types can be successful tech writers, or "that personality type" will never fit in with this fastidious note-taking list-making fussy group, or some other half-witted management decision?
