If you're having trouble defining them in terms of
infosys jargon, wouldn't your users then have trouble
determining what you mean when you use them, assuming
you DO figure out how you want to use them?

My philosophy is to use plain language and be frank
with your readers, otherwise there's room for misunderstanding.
