Here in Israel, where as Erika notes some of us have
taken test batteries that last half a day, I took what
may have been exactly Goober's test, except that I
was supposed to check off how I view myself and how
others view me. I found it impossible. I view myself
as trying my best to pull out of my bag of traits
whatever is appropriate to the situation, and accordingly
how you view me may depend on where and when you see me.
As Walt Whitman said, referring by implication to us all,
"I am large. I contain multitudes."
The company didn't want to hire multitudes, though.
I gave them my opinion of their test, they hired someone
else, and a couple of years later they were out of
business.
