Haven't seen this.
The reason our company chose Word was to simplify client-site document
development. Most, if not all, clients use Word. To be compatible, the
argument goes, we also need to use Word.

And they hire another tech writer about 6 months later because they
can't cut the mustard. And the cycle starts all over again. The PHB
strikes again.
