Yeeeesh. How'd we get into user-bashing?
I would suggest that the average Word users are not "plug-dumb"; they just don't
need 90% of the features because they're writing short, simple documents that
won't need to be maintained. They're not power users, they're not professional
writers, and they don't make a hobby out of learning software. In short, they're
not us.
