Yes, that is better.

But this alternative is better still:

"To enable subscription to your company's mailing list..."

And my preference:

"To subscribe to your company's mailing list..."

where enablement is step 1 in the subscription process. (Perhaps
it's necessary only the first time anyone wants to subscribe:

1. Check the so-and-so to make sure subscription is enabled.
