This should be done by a translator. A good translator can decide if the
term should be translated or not. On the other hand: You can define what
terminology is describing core units of application that have to remain in
English
language. Then the translator will leave it in English and translate the
rest.
In this case ("DataOwner") it would be DER. Same situation here, this work
should be done by a native German translator only!
