Hi everyone.
I am in a new job and am researching setting up a knowledge base for
this company. There is nothing already in place.
It is a relatively small company and high-end knowledge base tools would
be out of the question. The best ideas I have been able to come up with
so far are a) RoboInfo, b) Dreamweaver with Deva Tools.
I have done some research already, including in the list archives.
Does anybody have experience/information/recommendations as to what
would be a good way to go, to set up a moderately priced knowledge base?
Any user feedback on using RoboInfo for this purpose? Anyone out there
using Dreamweaver with Deva Tools for a knowledge base? Any other
recommendations?
I would be happy to summarize information I get, if there is interest in
that.
Thanks,
Gen
