Wouldn't matter.

My brother is a chef. He went to school for four years at the Culinary
Institute of America (CIA), one of the top schools in the world to learn how
to cook. Cooking is not a hobby for him. About 20 years ago, he was cutting
ducks on a band saw. He removed the safety guide so he could work faster. He
cut his finger off. The guide would have prevented him from cutting off his
finger. He got a lawyer and they went to court. The position? That the guide
should not have been removable in the first place. He bought a new car with
the settlement.
