I just had this email exchange with my friendly neighbourhood SME:

From Me:

Under what circumstance would I want to click NO when asked "Delete
unposted transaction charges?"?

From my SME:

>Actually, I don't know, but it seems impolite to the user not to ask before

God love them for honesty. Don't know how to document this, precisely, but at least I know, now.
