I write user and administrator guides, some training
materials, and whatever else anybody needs for
software applications used by production, sales,
warehouse, and plasma collection center employees in a
pharmaceutical company. The apps they use may come
from house or outside. Either way, I learn and writer
it for them. I also help the developers with the
various docs required by the SDLC: Functional Req,
Design Spec, etc.
