Has anyone heard of On Demand? Website
http://kp.globalknowledge.com/products/od/index.asp. Our manager has asked
us to review this product as a replacement for online help and possibly
training. Please let me know if you have any information. They are pushing
us to make a decision about purchasing it within the next week. I have a
demo disk and what it really looks like is a Flash demo. It claims to do
the following:

See It Mode - Demonstrates a "walk-through" of a topic in a simulated,
self-contained, hands-free manner.

Try It Mode - Affords learners interactive hand-on training in a
self-contained environment. Try It mode accommodates the critical need for
hands-on training prompting users through the correct navigation and
step-by-step instruction.

Do It Mode - Provides real-time in-application navigation, guiding users
through the successful completion of a task with the help of a laser beam,
optional audio instruction, text dialog and Infoblocks (links to any
Windows application or URL).

Know It Mode - Available in version 7.0 - Allows you to test the user.
