I'm the lone writer at a software company that makes IP telephony
contact center applications. Our software is used by the contact center
administrators, supervisors, and agents to manage incoming phone calls.
I write the online help, user guides, and service information docs, and
recently have been asked to put together the R and D intranet. I'm also
called on to answer any and all PDF, graphics, and Word questions that
come up in the company.
