Re: Now is the winter of our dis-CONTENT (was Content vs. Style)
Iím curious to know what types of content you all produce?
Whatever my client wants <grin>.
In recent years, I've done:
* both hardware and software documentation for everything from
web-based billing applications to computerized warehouse
materials-handling vehicles.
* study guides to accompany museum exhibits, bibliographies for the
subject divisions of a large urban public library system.
* use case surveys for an industrial data migration project.
* procedures manuals for social service agencies and small businesses
and even for churches.
* user/reference manuals for medical devices and a laboratory
information system.
* research skill training programs for an alternative high school and
a classroom course leading to Microsoft certification in Visual C++
for a training firm.
* workshop scripts and handouts for non-profit agency conferences.
* design and content for several web sites.
At the moment, however, I'm mostly looking for a job.

The bunny got the job because the bunny knows WordPerfect."
