Should be plenty of stuff about IM in the Archives. IM is based on sound,
sensible principles, which were around long before somebody slapped a "TM"
on it and started charging for it.

It's big on bulleted lists and breaking information into logical,
digestible chunks. Good concepts, but it rankles me the way this
organization has tried to market common sense as a product.
