This sort of isn't about tech writing, but it sort of is. Because the situation calls on you to do an important tech-writing task: testing.
There are a finite number of ways you could feed the paper - probably four; maybe only two. Using a sample set of pages, try all of them and see which one works. Then print the complete document using that method.
