I don;t know if you're looking to purchase anything to solve your problem,
but here's a $50 product I found with a quick search.
Web Protector allows you to protect your Web pages from unwanted copying.
Protection includes HTML code, JavaScript, VBscript, text, links, and
graphics. It encrypts your Web pages and renders the source code unreadable,
making it impossible for others to read and steal your work.
The appearance of your pages will be unaffected when viewed with any common
JavaScript compatible browser. Many additional features are also available
to further protect your Web site. Fully disable the right-click context
menu, disable text selection, disable page printing, offline use, and much
more.
