Anita Lewis requested information about words in her Internet help files becoming links, apparently of their own volition.

I seem to remember Microsoft commercials in which a woman was standing in front of a crowd and shouting out that something-or-other from Microsoft (presumably their browser) would insert links into the material you were reading online, so you could get more information. This was back awhile, maybe the advent of XP? Have you asked someone with an older browser to look at the same material?
