...The best way to find out what "variables" are available is to check the lists in the Insert Field dialog box. (I much prefer this to the individual commands like Insert Date and Time.)And if you don't find the variable you need, you can create
a docproperty and set the value on the Property dialog (see
File > Properties), then use the docproperty field to call it
into the document.
