That link took me to the TOC page for today's Circuits (2003-01-03), with nary a sign of a New Year's Resolution column. A little poking around got me to David Pogue's excellent "New Goals in a New Year" piece, published yesterday (2003-01-02). This link should take you directly to the correct article.
