I've worked on most of them, at one time or another. My last job routinely included project proposals, use case surveys, requirements specifications, software development plans, development review reports, test plans, test reports, SDK documentation, change requests, bug reports, and (less frequently) user documentation such as manuals, installation guides and online help.

required at the various stages of a software
