The interview is being conducted to get a job and to find someone for the
job. How is doing exactly what the interview is for (fill a position)
counterproductive to getting a job.
I'm not interviewing for fun, I'm not interviewing for a hobby. You have a
position that needs to be filled and I want it. Don't lose perspective of
what is really going on.
