I'm seeing more listings on some of the lists/sites I use--not all that many,
but 1 or 2 or 3 is more than 0...
My feeling is that the companies that either decided to hire unqualified
applicants because of a lower rate OR decided to wait are seeing that they need
someone with some experience and some talent to document their products.
It isn't going to get as good as the 1990s, but I have a gut feeling that
things are picking up.
