A couple of resources:
The local craigslists for each area will have postings from recruiters--make
your own list.
Check the STC locals in these areas--the local sites sometimes list agencies.
Monster/Dice/Hotjobs/etc. will have listings from recruiters. I know that Dice
lets you "search by company", which lists recruiters as well as companies in
their database.
On recruiters:
They're a resource. Use them. The past year has seen a lot of closings and
consolidation, and many companies switched from using recruiters to hire staff
to doing it in-house. Still, anything that gets you the job!
