I wholly disagree. Rude and righteous types are inflamed and become even meaner
when you push them back.
But don't listen to me. Try this tactic with the rude IT folks in their company
and see how far it gets you.

True, it is not 100% effective, but it is the high road. And in the long run,
it is the most effective. In my experience, petty personality conflicts are the
least productive way to get a job done.
I am curious how people would have reacted to this story if the gender roles
were reversed?
