Caution: I have not attempted this.
SnagIt 6 installs a print driver that lets you print to
a graphic file and select from a wide variety of graphic
formats (a half-dozen variants of TIFF included), color depths, etc.
So, with Acrobat Reader and SnagIt, you can produce a bewildering
varitety of graphic output files.
To repeat: I haven't tried this in your particular situation.
