I don't really see the pertinence of a Philosophy minor, either to "the
publishing industry" or to tech writing. YMMV.
The archives are full of our suggestions. Using TECHWR-L's Search
function, I tried typing (without quotes) "how did you get started" and
got 200 hits, a fair amount of which looked pertinent.
