This requires communication with a supportive printer,
right?
You can intermix page sizes in FrameMaker on a
chapter-by-chapter basis. Thus, you'd have to keep
your like page sizes together (though a chapter could
be as small as two pages, for example). Dunno how
you'd communicate the chapter change to the printer
and change trays though.
