Word 2000 - Quick way to select text boxes?

Hi

I'm working on a document where lots of small images have been placed in
text boxes (used as callouts for screenshots). The text boxes have been
resized to fit the image and have no borders, so trying to move them around
is hard work! Invariably, when I try to select the text box it is the image
inside that gets selected. Does anyone know of a keyboard method to select a
text box?
