Here's an example of what I believe the client would like. I say "I
believe," because this is one of those lovely projects where they tell you
"I don't know what I want but I'll know it when I see it," so we are
required to be psychic in many cases. This is the what, when, and where they
need to use in the event a customer decides it's time to find Perry Mason:
I'm beginning to think it's possible I'm trying to find technology that
doesn't exist. I've received some great suggestions I can pass on to the
tech group for various free software packages, but I'm not sure the software
will create the "documentation" that the client needs (ala what's above). If
so, someone tell me to keep writing.
