Online courses with certificate - need suggestions

To complete an employee training requirement, I need some links to web
sites that offer online courses along with a certificate of completion in
technology areas of interest to tech writers -- office applications, web
development, databases, programming languages, usability, XML and other
things.

The "Premier" courses offered at http://www.barnesandnobleuniversity.com
are definitely the kind of thing I'm looking for -- they are inexpensive,
of short duration and offer the all-important certificate. But I'd like
some additional links to anything similar. I need to collect about forty
hours' worth of certificates.

What I'm NOT looking for: Certificate PROGRAMS that require 6-12 or more
courses to complete over a year or more.
