The TechWhirl Archives and magazine, created for, by and about technical writers, offer a wealth of knowledge to everyone with an interest in any aspect of technical communications.
I wouldn't allow any of the users to code the HTML, or you will end up
breaking point b!

Subject: Creating HTML Pages
The constraints for this project are: (a) We can't force the users to code
HTML (although some may choose to do so), (b) The pages must have a
consistent look and feel, (c) The implemented system must be relatively
easy-to-use and require minimal training, and (d) It must be fairly cheap!
