Apologies seem like a nice thaught. However, I do not think it is
appropriate. Release notes usually go straight to the point, they very often
contain bugs and fixes and nobody ever apologies for bugs. Apply the same to
necessary "uninstallation". It is not so unusual to have to uninstall older
versions.
