BIZ: Please recommend an ergonomic desk in Ottawa, Canada

Will you please recommend an ergonomic desk that I can buy in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada? Also, what measurements do you need to take to make sure that a desk is the right height for you?

I plan to sell my home-office desk in an upcoming garage sale and I want to make sure I can replace it with a desk that is ergonomic. I think my old desk was made in the 1970s -- before the age of ergonomics.
