ASUE...I'm ready for the flames and have my NOMEX® underwear on...
but in my opinion, with the writer with a diploma where the ink is still
wet...the person is not prepared to be a self-sufficient technical writer at
any level....and an MS or PhD doesn't make them qualified as a senior level
or manager.
In fact, maybe having only that degree (without indepth knowledge in the
subject being written about) is a hindrance to producing solid deliverables.
