RE: What to look for in a technical editor

While I agree that you can teach grammar, writing style and just writing in
an understandable way is not nearly as teachable. I have managed writers who
knew the rules, but you just couldn't understand a bit of what they wrote.
For example:
You use the user maintenance user interface to create a user.
I am of the opinion that good writing style is somewhat innate.
