Hello France:

Check out Adobe's Document Server.  This is a tool that uses XSL-FO to do
formatting.  Last version I saw had an interface for entering the XSL-FO,
but I believe it also had some samples. (Document Server also uses the
FrameMaker formatting engine if desired.)
