Promote them to management. Its what most places do. Make sure to give them the
authority to purchase important security software and consulting services.
Seriously, do what you do with any butthead - stay away from them. Let them be
their own worst enemy. You can't let losers weight you down. They'll suck the
life out of you and contaminate you with their toxic loser juice.
