I think the list rules are more than adequate, if people just follow
them. I'd suggest that everyone follows your recommendations below
except, after we're all done putting the "Chat:" tags on the subject, we
can all hit "Delete" instead of posting...
Sorry if that sounds a little cranky, but lately I've spent more time
deleting 10s of off-topic discussions at a time in a vain attempt to find
anything on-topic to read.
