This morning I was surprised to hear a radio commercial that (although rather
dry) extolled the importance of hiring a techwriter.

It was advertising a current article on the visa.ca web site:

Haven't had time to read it yet, but found it interesting that VISA has decided
to shine a light on our trade and promote it to small businesses.
