I don't think, in the ~20 years I have been doing this, I have seen this
kind of advertising.
On the surface, both are very good articles, unless they were prepared by a
Technical Writer.
Visa should go back and take a second look at the second article. Carefully
read the COST FACTORS section. Someone didn't.

Did you notice there are *two* entries on how to hire a techincal writer?
Check under the How To menu. The other piece, with the souce listed as
Visa, has a different slant.
