I have no idea what the tech writer's tool of choice really is. But based on
ads and interviews in my own area, the tech writer's *employer's* tools of
choice are Word and RoboHelp. This might be Microsoft and eHelp's triumph of
marketing over quality, but in marketing *myself*, I always aim to please.
