I believe Visio has a site map template....if anyone in your company uses
Visio, you could ask about letting you borrow a license....failing that,
there's always Powerpoint ;-)

Subject: site mapping
I'm planning an Intranet redesign and need to create a site map. As the
site is
largish, just under 1,000 pages, the thought of manually creating a link
to
each page is daunting. Does anyone know of any software out there that
will
help create a site map? Any tips on site mapping?
