Document it as-is, completely. Give them the info they
need to assess where the app is now, so they can
determine what needs to be done to move it to the web
while leaving functionality and the "user experience"
in tact. Don't try to set the document up for a web
user just yet. Keep that shift in mind, and possibly
create some conditioned comments to note what areas
will be greatly affected by the move to the web, but
document it as-is for the development effort.
