Michele,
I have not encountered this in the times where I was working with
recruiters. But I would like to comment on the example you provided. I
would rather have 1/2 hour to do the flow chart and an hour to edit and
write the directions. I find flow charts to be fairly simple, and I
think an hour is WAY too much time to create a flow chart.
But I also must state that a timing test would make me think whether I
would really want to work for a company that is that... <retentive>.
