Eric made some good points in his post. I suppose it easy for me to say
right now that I would be... concerned about taking a test for a job
simply because I am working right now. I imagine that in the spring when
I was interviewing with IBM-Rochester, Mother Mayo, various other
companies in SE Minnesota and Twin Cities, not to mention recruiters and
temp agencies, that I most likely would have gladly taken a test or even
a series of tests if it meant a job.
Eric was not the only Whrler to post something on this subject that I
found enlightening. I see the concept of testing in a different light
now.
