you about."
Hi Michele,
I was asked by my recuiter to write up some tests before she sent out my
resume to the client. She said they need information about you to see and
understand the level that you have accomplished in your life. It ranges from
numerical tests for accounting jobs to language tests to see if you are
perfectly bilingual or even ask you to a powerpoint presentation for a
manager position.
Basically the way I look at it, if you have "good grades" on these tests
than they put you in an "accounting" position instead of a "administrative
assistant" position. I personally think it is BS but that is their way of
filterings candidates.
dont take it personaly but emphasize that you are experienced and want a
more challenged position or a "career".
