Um, yeah. That's how the game works. You do very good
work at what you're hired to do, and look for areas to
expand. That's the golden rule to better business
practices.

What do you mean by "allotted"? Don't you have a say
in what you deliver and how what they are asking for
will implement the project schedule? Am I the only one
who plans their projects?

What are you doing that threatens your supervisors?
How do you go about what you are doing?
