I have been using both unstructured and structured FrameMaker for print and
PDF for the past seven years.
As of the past week, now producing HTML (.chm for delivery) and XML (still
have to get an XSL working).
Hopefully the XML will give us the other end of the spectrum, reuse, and
save duplicating about 40% of document content.

Subject: Single-sourcing, who's doing it?
So, out of curiosity, how many folks on the list are doing single-source
documentation using XML or any other technology?
RoboHelp for FrameMaker is a NEW online publishing tool for FrameMaker that
lets you easily single-source content to online Help, intranet, and Web.
The interface is designed for FrameMaker users, so there is little or no
learning curve and no macro language required! Call 800-718-4407 for
