To some extend I understand your problem with accepting PDFMaker from Adobe
Acrobat 5. If there were a lot of links it could take hours to create a PDF-file, and it
often failed completely. Futhermore, you couldn't make it over-night because you
had to be present and press [Enter] from time to time when MS Word made the error
message: "Out of memory. You cannot undo any more" (which in this case was
rubbish.)
However, the PDFMaker which comes with Adobe Acrobat 6.0 is a lot faster than the
PDFMaker which came with Adobe Acrobat 4 and 5, and I haven't run into the "out of
memory" problem here (yet).
